Cactus Embroidery do not make or ship any physical goods. Only digital files are provided on the site for their further use with embroidery machines and creating your own products.

TERMS OF USE:

You may: make your own finished (physical) products using digital files,
and dispose of the finished products at his own discretion.

You may NOT: transfer, re-design, copy or distribute in any other way DIGITAL FILES. File sharing is PROHIBITED.
You also cannot use photos from our site as your own for any examples, sales or promotions.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

Because this is a digital files no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

AVAILABLE FILE FORMATS:

Each ZIP file contains 8 embroidery formats: DST, HUS, JEF, PES, XXX, VP3, VIP, EXP.

SHIPPING:

Delivery of physical media is not provided. All products on cactusembroidery.com are digital and available for download immediately after payment. You will also receive an email with a link to download the file.
